If it wasn't for Thrive@Life I don't think I would be where I am today. Not only have they given me the job I've always dreamed of, but they’ve also been there for me in my personal life and work around myself and my kids. You honestly wouldn't get this anywhere else!!!”

Self-Assessment Tool for Potential Workers
The NDIS has a self-assessment tool for people considering working in the NDIS. It will help you understand the people you might work with and what a role could look like.
This tool is focused on roles that work directly with people with disability. The questions are designed for you to reflect on your attitudes, values, and skills to decide if this work is a good fit for you. The results are based on your input and provide you with general advice only.
